Head of Global Enterprise – SaaS

£100,000 - £120,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Benefits

They have developed a smart mobility platform that enables corporate clients to manage their complex travel needs with peace of mind, while saving up to 25% in transportation costs.
Our client sets the new standard for corporate ground travel, with the flexibility to integrate any fleet or transport supplier through a single platform.

We are looking for a world-class sales leader to build a truly global business platform, by prospecting and selling directly to large international corporations (with $10m+ in annual transportation spend)

The Head of Global Enterprise will present the value proposition to senior decision makers via in-person meetings and/or online demonstrations, while establishing and maintaining close relationships with them. The Head of Global Enterprise will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale.

We are looking for a seasoned, aggressive, success-oriented individual with the energy to build a global sales team from scratch, a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of a top-notch sales team.

Position reports to the global Chief Commercial Officer .

Responsibilities

  • ●  Develop the Global Enterprise strategy and grow Enterprise membership of Fortune 1000 companies, while continuing to support the brand.
  • ●  Understand target companies’ business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate the value proposition at the executive level.
  • ●  Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closure and prepare timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting.
  • ●  Close complex, multi-million dollar transactions. Lead prospect meetings and engage other corporate resources as required to close large and complex deals. Ensure that the agreed SLAs are deliverable from a Product and Ops standpoint, while financial result is aligned to set expectations
  • ●  Maintain a high level of knowledge of solution offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • ●  Provide insight to the Product team to ensure that the development of the platform is always aligned with clients requirements and anticipates industry trends

    Requirements:

  • ●  10+ years of global enterprise sales management experience, with a history of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business sales organization
  • ●  Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
  • ●  Proven track record of winning a multi million dollar contract – A Must
  • ●  Proven track record building a global sales organization – an advantage
  • ●  Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast pace environment and in target achievement
  • ●  Deep understanding of the B2B High Tech industry
  • ●  Experience ins Business Travel / Ground Transportation – an advantage
  • ●  Strong executive presence – experience and comfort level working with C-level and executives
  • ●  Strong technical background – an advantage.
  • ●  Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • ●  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
